This hotel has the potential for a wonderful stay, but I was left feeling a bit let down. The service was generally nice and accommodating, though I encountered a couple of issues during my visit. The pool area is fantastic, providing a relaxing escape after a busy day. Unfortunately, the dining quality didn't quite meet my expectations, and the rooms could use some improvements.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless, and the amenities felt luxurious. The pools were perfect for relaxation, and the dining options, especially at Knife & Spoon, were simply outstanding. On the downside, I found the lunch and dinner menu at the Club Lounge lacking a bit in flavors. Overall, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
